There is a slight fault with the handset i got dirt in the speaker so while on the phone it is very loud and has vibration/crackly However it works fine on the loudspeaker i took it to shop and was told it is just excess dirt inside it and can be cleaned for 10. Camera bbm torch ect works fine and plays music fine there is currently a green case on it but could do with replacing as its a bit faded Phone will come with hybird hard shell case (green with gems) &a brand new spare battery with i got with the phone.
